How to be organized by LilKimmie

"It was hard at first, but later it gets addicting."

How I did it: I got everything out on the floor and emptied the shelves and others. Then I sorted everything out in categories. After I decide where to put what. Lastly to put those useful into shelves and desks and trash into the trash bag and out the door! After this process, I remembered to "put everything I used back into its place", then I was suddenly addicted. So from now on everywhere I go I have to put everything in order or at least neat things up.

Lessons & tips: Remember to "put everything you used back into its place". Therefore you won't have to clean a huge mess after a year of lazyness.

Resources: Annoyance from someone who kept on yelling at me about the room.

    I helped to put my dresser together last night. It was embarassing having to put my socks, underwear, belts, and shorts on some cheap plastic shelves temporarily. .

    but anyways, I am happy! :)

    Have fallen down a few times, but overall its getting better for me. No one is having to push me to clean anymore.. I just.. do it! lol. Now I get annoyed by dog hair on the floor, hair in the sink, clothes all over the place, dirty laundry, etc. I love this new habit.

    i moved some shelves and threw tuns of paper and boxes away!
    now that i look at my room again, it looks bigger since a lot of things were thrown away and things are in different places…
    i’ve decided since i have SO much dvds and cds, i should just put them into one shelve and books/notebooks on another. (now im blabbering away…)

    now my floor is just filled with my dvds and cds…
    sigh..
    i HAVE TO get it done before school starts (week after next week)...
    :)

    p.s. im a neat freak now…so much different than before…

    where did it go? 3 months ago

    my study room is just a mess! i’m trying to figure out which ones are useful and which ones are not…so annoying since there’s so much paper work and you don’t know whether you should throw some of them away or not…:S

    so far i’ve labeled the shelves by different categories…so far so good for now.
    hope that i can find some more things to throw away…:)
