I just found out today that I am a certified NESTA Yoga Instructor!!! I am finished with my apprentice hours at the studio I will be working for (Innergy Studio in Dallas Georgia) if you want to see the website: www.innergystudioinc.com and I have just started my first session teaching at the studio! I LOVE IT! Anyone who wants to stay in shape, help others stay in shape and just be in a business that has GREAT energy, you should go for it with a yoga/pilates/or other certification that you desire. Good luck! When I receive my certificate, it is going on my wall right under the Bachelor’s degree I earned in December!

Working on the last part of my certification, just completed the 100 apprentice hours through the studio that I will teach at, and doing a ‘mock class’ run through March 10th!! My certification will be through NESTA. I am cheering for anyone doing this – stay in shape and help people get in shape – how cool is that?
