How to learn how to backflip
How I did it: I trained everyday and wrote the tips which i discovered to remember them. I was reading the tips before i do it. And draw the move on the paper also. I imagined the move in my mind before do it.
Lessons & tips: Never give up and sometime rest. And think the move before do it. Imagine it...

I have got my Dad to flip me over by the legs but I can’t do it on my own, I am not jumping high enough.. Hopefully I will master this soon. I can backflip on a trampoline easily.

Took me six years of gymnastics to learn it, but I can still do it years later. I’ve heard of people doing it in WAY less time than that, though.
The trick not everyone knows is: don’t throw your head back so much. You need to go UP, not backwards.

Why I wanted to learn how to backflip? Well, it was because I wanted to backflip. I wanted to do this since October of last year and I still want to do it. I wanted to do it when I was watching a video of Arashi member Aiba-san on YouTube. He had just won a bowling game and all of a sudden did a backflip and I thought to myself, “I want to do a backflip when I win a game. WTF! I’m gonna do it!!!” I don’t really know how to do it. I’ve been looking at websites and things like that that try to explain the process of doing it, but they don’t explain the prerequisites for the jump. Basically, I have no idea what I’m doing, just like what I know about all my other goals, and I have no trainer or support.
Will this actually happen? I don’t know, but I’ve worked hard so far. I’ve lost a lot of weight training since October and I feel that I’ve become a lot stronger, even if I haven’t done a backflip. I’m working on jumping higher, so I’m training my legs by running everyday and I’m trying to work my upperbody fat into muscle by doing pushups. Hopefully the cardio helps.
hi i saw a vid on youtube about backflipin and i want to soooooooooo bad. prob is i dont know where to start. i know this is pretty demanding but can someone give me a complete tutorail on backflips i mean where to start how to start and a plan on landing it please help me please
I’ve wanted to do backflips since I was a little kid, I mean I can do them down hills and in pools and stuff, and with a spot but I’m afriad without one. I’m trying to force myself to do some for cheerleading but they take time to learn if you’re teaching yourself. Yea.. I can backbend and kick over so I guess that counts for something!
i have always wanted to do this but never quite made it. I can do it in the pool and i can tear it up on a trampoline but i want to be able to do it on the ground. i dont know why but something about being able to do it just looks so impressive to me … Im working on it but i think my biggest obsticle is just a fear of breaking my neck or something like that
