Take my medicine

Yesterday I got to work and realized I had left my medicine. I called Jerrad and he brought it to me. I took it at lunch and dinner as instructed. I’m doing really well, I think. I have already taken my morning dosage and I set an alarm for noon!

I got up this morning and I brushed my teeth and went in the kitchen and took my medicine. I guess that’s a good start.

I never take my medicine, I’ve got horrible habits…

since i am sick forever it would probley help my hypothyriodism.

I’ve decided to get all the medications out of my system. It seems the less I take them, the better I feel. I don’t recommend this to someone who is taking life saving meds or has a legit diagnosis, but if your like me and take everything a doctor hands to you whether you really need it or not, then I think its time to stop. We overmedicate EVERYTHING in our society, and I intend to take a more proactive role in my health care and decide if taking something is right for me, and researching alternatives. I intend to be smarter. Our bodies are amazingly designed and are very resilliant if we keep them working right – and while modern medicine is amazing, adding unneccesary chemicals can do more harm then good sometimes.

That, and I think drug companies are corrupt and evil! lol =D
