Upped the ante to 3×35 second handstands and managed to pull it off but it was pretty dicey at the end. I might just stay at this level for a little while longer so I don’t risk breaking my neck. Really, really don’t want to be found half naked and unconscious. 11 months ago

I’ve been struggling a bit to kick up into a wall handstand so i’ve been having to cheat a little and go to a headstand first and then lift myself up. The silver lining is that I can actually lift myself and do about 4-5 full handstand push ups. Ideally though I’d like to be able to kick up in one move so I’ll need to search around for some advice. At the moment I can just about manage 3×30second stands. 11 months ago
