It is down there…holding clothes…I actually liked it until I hurt my foot…got better but haven’t gone back…my history is to throw myself into it and then burn out…this week will be shooting for 10 minutes a day…goal is 30 minutes a day, each day

tomorrow I’m going to a dollar store and buying halloween decorations for that cool idea of decorating the treadmill.

new plan: decorate my treadmill. lights, decorations, the whole nine yards. this will be done within the next 7 days.
I’ve been on it most days now for 2 months.And have also dropped 15 lbs. Wow I feel great.
I just got a new treadmill and I’m adding this goal so I keep up with it and don’t get bored and stick it in a closet somewhere.So far I’ve been on it everyday for 1/2 hr.
