I already own it... 23 months ago

It is down there…holding clothes…I actually liked it until I hurt my foot…got better but haven’t gone back…my history is to throw myself into it and then burn out…this week will be shooting for 10 minutes a day…goal is 30 minutes a day, each day



but first i need to buy new training shoes... 2 years ago

...because i can’t run bare foot.

it’s there so i really should use it. i know i feel better when i do. maybe 30mins in the am to begin with. i guess that ties in with getting up earlier!

I’ve been on it most days now for 2 months.And have also dropped 15 lbs. Wow I feel great.

I just got a new treadmill and I’m adding this goal so I keep up with it and don’t get bored and stick it in a closet somewhere.So far I’ve been on it everyday for 1/2 hr.
