Ever since i saw the scion commercial (that NO ONE remembers) I’ve wanted to freerun. I practice at the nearby elementary school because of their brickwalls and bike racks, as well as using the playground as a good balance circut.
I’m not so much going for flips or cartwheels (I’m polishing my one handed cartwheels from time to time and would like to do a flip but feel it has little to do with what I’m doing) but focusing on jumping and balance aspect.
So my goals here are:
-Running on a wall to the left or to the right with at least three steps 100 complete and able to do 4 steps on matted walls to the right
-be able to run on standard width rails.
-be able to transfer from ledge/rail to another ledge/rail while maintaining balance and losing minimal desired momentum.
-be able to walk on a rail while looking semi normal (aka no having the hands up in the air or stoping and tilting, just walking forward at a steady pace as one would on a sidewalk) 70% complete
-be able to “about face” on a rail complete
-new be able to do handspins and vertical spins
