tan

Went to the pool the other day and after about an hour I realized my lower back was pretty fried. Guess I missed a spot with the sunscreen.

On the plus side I do have a tan down there now.
It’s only on one side of my body and it’s just the very bottom portion of my lower back and part of my upper thigh.

very depressing. I finally get a tan, and it’s hilarious looking. At least I’ve found out that tanning is possible!

my best friend is applying at a tanning salon.
now i have motivation to go.

If I don’t tan when I feel like I absolutely have to, I will go crazy!

Not crazy, but I will just get a little tense.

Ok i’ve lost all hope on getting a Normal tan cause i dont live near a beach and im traveling to SWEDEN on friday and its cold there! so i dont expect to get a tan!

so i started using a self taning lotion!
My legs are TANNED :D
but my face isnt yet :/ !!
I applied some more but i have to wait 3 hours before i actually see results!
my hands are almost ORANGE since i forgot to wash em after i used it on my face n stuff.

i’ve gotten a few sunburns over the expanse of the summer and i’ve developed some tan lines.

how wonderful!
now lets just hope i don’t get skin cancer.

one of my summer goals!

i went camping for six days this past week and while laying out on the water i contracted a very painful sunburn.

i had my boyfriend slather me down with aloe vera gel every night before bed and during the days.

my shoulders were constantly slick, sticky, and tinted slightly green.

i’m starting to peel a bit (typical for an irish girl) but i’ve noticed that my skin isn’t red and pink as much as its a tan color. how exciting!

just a few more extreme burns hah.

Apparently the irish genes in me would prefer me to be red headed, freckled, and tanless.

i cannot tan. i lay outside and i just burn. then i peel and i end up with a new whiter layer of skin.

so far this summer i’ve barely burned at all and haven’t peeled yet.

maybe things are turning around for me?
any good tanning lotions out there or tips from the experts?

umm so summer is right around the corner. i need to tan and nicely this summer. normally i lay out til i burn than i hurt and my skin peels and it;s horrible. i could get skin cancer from it. so this year i’m gona do the suntan lotion and everything and be safe about it. any suggestions? let me know. :]
