have something published

i’ve written a 300 page book, only my girl friend has read it she said its good but it have to re do it again properly, but i can’t find the time

does my thesis count?

hello all…i wrote two stories…i think they were so good…but unfortunately….for whom….?!! no readers….so in a desperate moment i burnt one of them…and the other gave it to a friend…he read it without i know…then told me that it s really great….but the problem still there…only 1 reader…! waiting ur comments,,bye

I would love to have something published. I have a big idea that I’m working on at the moment, but I doubt anything will come of it; I know I can write but I seem to never have the time, the motivation, or the imagination. It’s so frustrating, I really want to be able to prove that I can do it.

I’ve always loved writing, I just never had anything published. Well, my book review was published in Aamulehti, but I don’t think that counts. Or does it?
However, I’m going to write as much as possible and hopefully I’m going to bump into some kind of opportunity.

I have written a curriculum that is supposed to be used overseas and that the company that I used to work for prints off. But it doesn’t have an ISBN so I’m not sure it really counts. Nah, I don’t want to count it anyway. I’ve also had things published in local newspapers but I don’t count that either. Maybe if I get published in an academic journal then I would count it. Or an actual column in a newspaper (rather than letter to the editor).

I took an english class this summer and it was absolutely awesome!I had to write quite a few essays!I love it.I have written some poetry but nothing I would have any one to read.I think I would like to try my hand at short stories.I have a few really good ideas.
