had candy in a month…but soda I splurged on today..I had it at supper and then again when I got home.

The phrase “Comfort Food” is so true…and I realize this just the other day. Its been awhile since I ate anything like candy or sweets. Aside from a cookie here or there…and as for pop I’m weaning myself otherwise I get caffeine headaches. I’m starting with 1-2 a day for a week then 1 a day for a week then one every other day for a week until eventually there is none. I can drink water at restaurants or rasberry iced tea. This will be a struggle as we always have lots of soda in the house for my hubby. He takes three to work with him every night, but the good thing is he drinks a lot of water and milk while not at work.
