learn how to defend myself

I want to take some sort of woman’s defense class. Just so I can throw a punch and know what it really feels like.

Have you ever worked for someone so ‘evil”—well, that may be a tad bit strong of a word but it’s all I can think of now…anyway, I cannot win at work. I have programs that I have developed and in an instant, they can be gone. I put defending myself as a goal and I was specifically referring to my dysfuntional work environment. I didn’t do so well this week.
