How I did it: I used boiling water, chopped garlic, and a pinch of salt.
Drain the kale and add ingredients.
It's not that difficult, but remember, the nutrients will not ALL go away just because you boil the kale. The ingredients are in the water, so you can use this as a base for some soup later on!
