julettaskeyUnseasonably warm this weekend

I was able to get out for a mile walk. It felt good. I am tired and hope all will work itself out tonight whilst I sleep. Maybe tomorrow if I feel up to it. I will do a modified version of the weight class. 6 months ago

This past week the weather has not cooperated to get outside for at least a good walk and I feel it. I feel these little aches and pains that I really haven’t felt in a long time. It’s the inactivity, period. My back especially is feeling a little weaker. I am looking forward to being able to get back to the strength classes. This week it is suppose to be a bit warmer, mid 60s to mid 70s. There will be no excuse that I can not get out for a few walks and maybe the bike. :) 7 months ago

on Monday, October 29th. That is when the doctor said I can do all those movement things again. I have my doctor release for the gym. I miss it… there I said it. 7 months ago

With the instance of my son, I went on a bike ride this morning. 3 miles at that!!
I haven’t been on a bike in ages, like over 5 years and under 10. I feel good. I need to fix the seat and handle bar levels and I think I will be good to go. Just now need to find that ipod that has gone missing… 9 months ago

julettaskeyNew plan for this week

Since the heat gets me and I really haven’t moved like I should in about 9 days… it’s time for a new plan.
So I am getting up early this week and get the exercise classes done early before work. It seems like I have been waking up around 4ish, why not put it good use.
Tomorrow is bodyPump(weights) class, Tuesday is bodyFlow (yoga/pilates), Thursday is a bike RPM class and Friday is bodyPump again. I am committing to 3 classes at least and bringing my food for lunches. 10 months ago


julettaskeyHit the ground running!

My mind set isn’t there to set up a plan of action right now. I have a friend I go with to the gym and she is soo much more focued than I. She texted me telling me her mind set was there and that she is back on track with weight loss. I told her good and that I will be on that fitness bus with her.
Went to bodyPump class last night, water zumba tonight, plus rehab for the hip. For several reasons, I need to watch what I eat and prepare it for myself. I have some fresh fresh veggies.
