~ John Lee ~ setting my sights lower so I can set them higher
my current primary journal should last me until the stationery show in May, I hope
Part of my quest for the stationery show will be to seek out journals that will look great online and perhaps knock my socks off as well

Well, all the ones that look really nice seem to have a not so really nice price. This being my first journal, I thought about just getting one of those $1 composition notebooks until I get used to the idea of keeping a journal. But I wanted it to be more special than that so I compromised and got one that looks decent and cost a little more but was still relatively cheap.
Now I’ve got 400 blank pages, and I’m not sure how or where to start lol.

I’ve never really had the desire to keep a physical journal. People have tried to talk me into it before, but I never wanted to. Mostly because I liked typing more than writing and was faster at it. (Not that I’ve done well with keeping up with my digital journal either)
For some reason today though, I’ve suddenly got the desire to have a real journal. Something physical that I can touch and hold and actually write in. I’m not sure why the sudden change(if you’d asked me yesterday, I wouldn’t have wanted it lol)... Well, I guess I have a couple ideas why…
edit I guess I should mention that I just changed my old journal goal to this one, so it seems to have carried my old entries over as well.

Well, after being pretty much gone from the e-world for nearly a month, it’s taken me a while to get everything back in order. I’ve been kinda doing a bit here and there to get some momentum started back up. Today, I started back in my journal. I was doing really good before I stopped, but I had good reason to leave, so it’s okay. Hopefully I’ll be able to continue doing as well with it as I was before I left.

I’ve been doing good with this for the past few days. Hopefully I can continue and make it a habit so it doesn’t take so much of an effort to remember.

I’ve been doing this when I think about it, but I haven’t been using 43T much recently, and had been forgetting about my journal quite a bit. Hopefully I’ll be able to start doing both of those and make them a habit again within the coming weeks.

I neglected this for a couple days earlier this week. I’m back on track now though.

Well, it’s been over a week now since I started this goal. So far, I’ve been writing an entry daily. I’ve just been writing about whatever’s been on my mind for that day, and anything interesting that happened. I put a date on it, so I’ll know later looking back at it what timeframe the things were happening in.
I am doing it on my computer, not in a physical book. I think I’m going to put each month’s journal entries in a single .doc file.

This is something I’ve wanted to do, and thought about, for a long time. I don’t know why I never really did it. THere was a couple times I did it for a few days and then quit, but I’ve never really dedicated myself to keeping a journal. Hopefully adding this as a goal will help me finally do it.
