Have developed a regular routine and have kept it up. Normally walk 4 days a week. Had one week where I only walked 3, but the following week I did 5, so I am keeping the average up.
I know it will get harder to do some weeks when nasty winter weather moves in, but I plan on continuing as long as the weather is decent…

Have just stared doing this and I feel good about it. Need to get more exercise and build my stamina back up; I’ve been a couch potato far too long! Just have to keep doing it over an extended period of time and create a regular walking schedule. Off to a good start and I believe this is something I can maintain…or not! LOL

not a lot of weight loss, but it beats sitting for another hour on my butt. my distance is slowly increasing up to an hour, covering about 2 miles. walking the dog HELPS a LOT. i know this is the right thing to do for myself. FIGHT LAZINESS!!! snow will be another matter.
