Valentine’s day is probably one of my favorite holidays… but I’ve never gone out with anyone who feels the same way. I really want to meet someone as stoked on Valentine’s day as I am.
How to have a valentine

How I did it: I met someone in an unconventional way, and I actually pursued it further instead of waiting for him to make a move- for the first time in my life. I didn't play games, try to impress him or pretend to be anything but myself and that's more then enough for him. He loves me for exactly who I am, and I him. It's that simple.
On Valentine's Day we decided not to celebrate it for these reasons:
1) Why should we be forced to show each other we care for a commerical holiday, when we do that every day?
2) We're in college so if we can save money, we will.
We didn't even get to see each other on V-Day but we talked on the phone a lot and it was fine. Just knowing I have someone who really cares for me was all I could ever ask for. =]
Lessons & tips: Be yourself and don't sweat the small stuff.
Encourage your partner to be themselves, to the fullest! It'll only make them more comfortable with you in every way.
Also, if something is bothering you, let your partner know right there and then. Don't let it stew and turn into something ugly. Just bring it up nicely, talk it out, agree on a fair solution and move on.
Resources: My friends helped me through the confusing times, because they had been in love before when I hadn't. Even though their experiences were completely different, what I learned was invaluable.

Ah i mean i’ve had some but not like the kind you see in the movies. Maybe it’s just cause it’s in the movies? I love! that warmth from another. I miss it so much. It’s so simple but so hard to do! A friend told me if it’s meant to be it’ll come with time and patience…

My mommy surprised me and sent me a Valentine’s garden of tulips. The bulbs were just getting going, and so I could watch them grow. It was pretty cool comparing how much they’ve grown overnight or from morning to afternoon! And then, she had another one sent b/c she thought they messed up the order. So now I have two gardens in my room. They are really beautiful. This garden, a token of my mother’s continual and growing love for me, reminds me every day that I am loved.

i ended up having 24 valentines lemme name em yes some r girls well a lot are haha… matthew, danielle,MEGAN, devin, nico, connor, amina, jay, patrick, amanda, jake, yousuf, billy, kevin, and a few more that i cant think of haha
