English is a lovely language. When I was a child, I used to love spelling. I loved the precise and proper placement of words, phrases, their constituent parts, and the art of developing a paragraph. I held a keen sense of accomplishment when I finally produced work that complied with the rules of the language.
Does it surprise anyone that I used to go to a Jesuit school as a child? I wish so much to return to that school, to relearn the pace of the language, to comply with the rules of grammar and composition to shape a piece of art in writing. Incidentally, that shall become another goal of mine. 7 years ago
