ButterflyI came across
this neat little device in a catalogue recently called a “fitbit.” It calculates the steps taken in a day, the number of flights of stairs you’ve climbed and has a little flower on the display that is shorter or taller depending on how active or sedentary you’ve been. It can also track how well you’ve slept. But what makes it more than just a fancy pedometer is the fact that it uploads your data to the fitbit website and provides graphs of that info. You can also log your food & water intake, as well as monitor blood pressure. Doing certain things like walking 10,000 steps in a day also earns you badges. I think I would find this motivating. I think I want one :) 10 months ago
