flygirl0218sugar hangovers

I am a sugar addict. I can’t go more than a couple hours without something sweet. I even go as low as eating spoonfuls of sugar or hot cocoa mix. I also overeat artificial sweeteners which lead to headaches. At gas stations I always get a half coffee/half cappuccino drink with lots of splenda in it. I love chocolate and diet bars, especially the South beach bars. I always convince myself that they are better for you since they are high in protein and low in actual sugars. I need to beat this. I have gained 40 pounds cause of it. I NEED TO! 4 years ago

alison007suck it!

I didn’t realize it, but I was very much addicted to sugar. I think I ate about 40 francs of junk food a week. Chocolates, cookies, homemade treats… I couldn’t end a meal without having at least one piece of something sweet. Another goal is to get in better shape (okay fine, before swimsuit season), and while I’m not a fat person, and I have a really high metabolism so it doesn’t matter anyway, I decided it would be helpful to stop eating sugar. For two days I had a roaring headache and felt like I was going to faint. I still ate fruit and fructose, but no processed white sugar. Now, it’s beaten. I ate chocolate when I was skiing because it was cheap and portable, but other than that, I’ve been happy eating an apple instead of chocolate. This, my friends, is revolutionary. 5 years ago
