I’m just back from taking my small people to Dublin and London and we walked our little legs off so much so that on our return home I was shocked to discover that I’ve lost nearly a stone (14lbs) Now I’m not saying that I lost that in the two weeks we were away as I haven’t weighed myself in ages BUT I do feel so much better for being out and about everyday.
While I’ve been hiding under my rock I’ve not only been hiding from you here but shutting myself away from the world outside my door too. Getting out into the fresh air has certainly help blow out a few musty cobwebs and a couple of friends have commented on how refreshed and good I look since we came home.
I live in a beautiful part of the world so there’s no excuse (no Taz rain doesn’t count as an excuse you don’t melt!) to not get out for a good long walk at least a couple of times a week if not everyday. 11 months ago
