about a year ago that I would not wait anymore for someone who was unreasonably late. I don’t mean 5, 10, 15 minutes. I can even sometimes handle 20-30 if it’s not habitual and we’re not trying to catch a plane. But some people are late by 1 or 2 hours. That is just rude. Unless you are driving from very, very far away and ran into traffic or something, that is very disrespectful of another’s time, in my opinion.

So from now on, I am renewing my promise to myself. If there is a time that is agreed upon, I will wait no more than 15 minutes. Then I am leaving without you, or we will reschedule, or whatever. But I am not wasting my time waiting around for people. 10 months ago
