has been faxed back!!! I am officially on my way to having this marked off my list. More importantly getting this apartment finished and getting it rented will pull this very painful thorn from my side. Nothing in my life has ever made me feel like such a failure…and I have had alot of things make me feel like a failure. Ahhhhhhhh, soon though, I will be able to say I stuck it out and it is finsihed!!!!!!
I have waited as long as I can for my neighbor to let me know if he wants it. I don’t know if I let him know that the broker was on the horizon this soon but I have run out of time and I have to sign the listing agreement today. This doesn’t really make any sense does it?
yay!!! I met a broker tonight and things are good. The ball is rolling and I am getting closer to being able to mark this off my list.
