Bedtime routines are a good idea - lets start simple  — 3 days ago

Wash face, brush teeth, in bed by 11 every weeknight this coming week. Lets see how it goes.

I am secretly of two minds on this point though, a large part of me subscribes to the “you can sleep when you’re dead” philosophy. BUT, I think death might come sooner if you don’t sleep enough while you’re alive. So, I’m looking for some kind of compromise here. Wish I could be happy with 6 hours, but I think I really need 8 or 9 to feel really rested.

    Purpose  — 10 months ago

To give my brain and body the message that it’s time to wind down, relax and go to sleep; to release the mind of needless worries and attatchments of the day.

rules have got to be made..  — 2 years ago

I have decided to start following a bedtime routine that works, in order to refrain form staying up late (no matter how creative I get during these hours) and eventually becoming a morning person again.

    10:40 PM
    • 20 mins for finishing my work on the web (43things/chatting/answering emails/other stuff)
    11:00 PM
    • 5-15 mins for cleaning up the room
    • 20-30 mins for Sit-ups/Crunches and Push-ups
    • 20 mins shaving, taking a shower and brushing teethes
    12:00 PM
    • Sleeping
