I’ve noticed that I actually spend so much time in front of a screen that I’ve dreamed about being on the internet or something that I saw on t.v. will be in a dream. In the past the eye strain would sometimes have me feel sleepy. I also used to use reading the same way to give my eyes a bit of a workout, but I’m starting to find that t.v, computer and reading give my mind too much to think about.
I’m really inclined to write in my journal before I go to bed to empty out the days contents, but have actually found myself four hours later still writing. I’ve always seen journal writing as the screen behind my eyes.

To give my brain and body the message that it’s time to wind down, relax and go to sleep; to release the mind of needless worries and attatchments of the day.

I have decided to start following a bedtime routine that works, in order to refrain form staying up late (no matter how creative I get during these hours) and eventually becoming a morning person again.
10:40 PM- 20 mins for finishing my work on the web (43things/chatting/answering emails/other stuff)
11:00 PM- 5-15 mins for cleaning up the room
- 20-30 mins for Sit-ups/Crunches and Push-ups
- 20 mins shaving, taking a shower and brushing teethes
