Great job on this goal! Since its summer I wake up get ready watch a tv show and stretch. I was doing really good i could tell how less painful it was to touch my toes. but then yesterday or last night I hurt my left side of my body. Its still really sore. I dont know if it was because of the way i slept or because I went tubing. So its a little bit more painful but i plan to stick to it. What is gonna be hard is when school starts and im busy i wont have time to strecth when I wake up:( 2 years ago
