we have two yoga classes per week, with two distinct instructors. one is a faster-paced aerobic workout, whereas the other is a calmer, more meditative experience. i usually prefer the latter, but i picked the number six because if i’m to complete it, i’ll have to at least branch out once or twice into the more intense stuff. 8 months ago
