buy my dream house

Figure out what it is first. This one is MANY years out, I’m afraid. I’ll return with more another day…

by dream house i mean a nice-sized, 3 bedroom + bonus room, 2.5 bath, 2 car garage house. huge houses give the creeps when i’m alone. i’d like it to be out of the city, but not in the middle of nowhere, either. 5 acres is the goal.

i’d like an open floor plan layout, with a hobby/art studio for me. that would the ultimate dream come true.

I want a yard, basement, garage and all the things that go along with it! I want to buy my dream house. Of course I have to sell my current condo first….this may take awhile.

to live in a castle would be a dream.

I’m lucky enough to have found what is to me {and my wife} the ultimate ‘dream house’. It is in a little suburb of Adelaide, South Australia named Lynton. I saw it advertised years ago and couldn’t afford it but was interested enough to chec it out on line then in person. I took my wife along to an open inspection and she immediately fell in love with it too.
Now I just have to find the money for it and convince the people that bought it that I need it more than they do and they should sell it to me…

I don’t need a mansion…I just want a place with at least 2 bathrooms (2.5 sounds great), a master bedroom big enough for a King-sized bed and walk-in closets, a kitchen big enough for more than one butt, a manageable yard, a garage big enough to actually park a car in, extra storage room for all our crap, a small space I can call my own (plus another one for my wife), an aesthetically pleasing vintage exterior, in a neighborhood that I like.

Now if I could only reduce my debt and/or sell my current house to make enough money to buy it…

i wanna buy it cus then i could have all my friends and family over to stay at the same time and be with them all
