I want to eat healthier and exercise regularly so I’ll have better health and feel good. I want to lose enough weight so I feel comfortable with my appearance. I’d like to wear my belly rings again and possibly fit into some of my old clothes.
How to eat healthier and lose weight
How I did it: I just started exercising more and once it became part of my daily routine I enjoyed it and didn't like missing any days. I didn't make it a rule, I just did what I could and most days I wanted to do more. I also got used to watching my calorie/fat intake and just became more conscious of what I was eating.
For exercise I just did aerobics and a lot of walking. The most significant change in my eating habits was eating less fast food and bringing a healthy lunch to work.
Lessons & tips: Just do it! Don't think negative. Think about the results you're working toward, and learn to enjoy a healthier lifestyle. I felt like I wouldn't be able to do it, but once I changed my attitude, I did!

Im soo self conscious I need to get in shape. Im sick of comparing myself to my sister shes older than me and skinnier. I’m taller but it still bothers me and seeing all these really skinny ppl at school i mean id just liek to lose a few pounds and get firmer so i can feel healthier.

Well I bought a juicer so I have been juicing a lot. Some juice tastes good some not so good. But I drink it anyway. I quit eating pork and shellfish—Leviticus 11 that wasn’t too hard. I also am limiting my refined sugar intake. Oh and I quit drinking coffee and am now drinking green tea instead. Well today I was weak. I had Burger King’s chicken tender sandwich with the mayo, onion rings and a chocolate shake! But that was because I let myself get hungry! I usually try to juice several times a day and drink lots of water. Eat breakfast and a light lunch and by dinner I am not that hungry. Well I had my granola and raisin cereal for breakfast but skipped lunch. I only juiced twice both fruit! I was horrible today. Thank God tomorrow is a new day! Any input would be great! Tschuss!
