We have lived in this house for 20 years, and I’m tired, tired, tired of living in this place with my sig oth like we are each 20-something bachelors! The furniture doesn’t match at all (stuff we’ve accumulated), the rooms need painting, and we need decent curtains.
Yes, I DO want to move to a larger house, but in order to do so, we have to spruce up the one we have to sell it. The irony is that I should have painted and spruced up years ago, and now that I’ve started doing so, the place is actually starting to look livable! Aarrgh!
