I’m just trying to tick the things off my list…

I still want to make more money doing nothing but haven’t managed it yet.

The whole thing about selling people stuff that I bought for less feels like conning them to me.

If you have a room in your house that you don’t mind giving up, rent it out!!!

It’s alot easier if you live in a desirable location and it’s easy to do.

You must have an available livingroom or bedroom. Make that room into a room share, maybe put 3 or more people in it depending on the size. This will give you an extra income and give you money to invest into other things.

How to maximise on profit Buy cheap bunk beds from ikea for people to rent. This way there are more people in the room.
