Exercise:
-hard three times a week
-ball hockey thur
-kickboxing two other days
Diet:
-eat less processed foods
-eat more fruit and vegetables(which I’ve been accomplishing :)
-I’ve also considered the benefits of cutting out dairy, which I’ve done to a large extent.
Education:
-Study 30-60 min a night/class
-no more cramming sessions if I can help it!
-and also this way I’m guilt free and can spend my time doing other things once I’m done studying for the day.
Finances:
-Get a second job
-spend as little as possible on material things
Friends:
-Make time for each group of friends each week
Family:
-Help family renovate house (sunroom, backhall and my mom’s room right now)
Alright, so the plans kind of vague, it’s more or less how I’ve been living for the past while with the exception of the second job, the consistent studying, and exercising:P. Which are all pretty important! lol
