    I tried to make Turkish Delight for my daughters years ago-they loved the Narnia movies and wanted some. It was very difficult and I just found out it is much better to go someplace like Pike Place Market (where you can find the real thing) and buy some really good Turkish Delight from someone who knows how to make it. Yum-eat the rosewater flavor. Like eating roses.

    I tried to make them, but with agar agar instead of gelatine as I’m a vegetarian. Seems like agar agar isn’t quite the same, and they wouldn’t harden. I didn’t really like the taste either..
