I looked for recipes online, but ended up kind of making my own. For anyone who wants a light, delicious white wine sangria, here is the recipe:
Kalee’s Apple Peach Sangria
1.5 L bottle of white wine (I used Riesling)
2 cups of apple juice
1 cup peach schnapps
1 liter ginger ale
2 oranges, peeled and separated into wedges
2 small apples (I used Fuji apples), sliced into wedges
1 can pineapple chunks
Mix wine, apple juice, and schnapps. Add apple slices, pineapple chunks and juice, and oranges (I juiced half of one orange and added the juice). Let sit overnight. Add ginger ale just before serving. Serve over ice. Enjoy!!! 2 years ago
