Starting tomorrow...

...Mom and I agreed to start waking up at 6am every morning to go down to the gym and work out. I’m nervous about it, but hopefully it will all work out. I mean, the benefits are obvious: losing weight, getting my day started earlier, working out in the morning will (hopefully) help cure my insomnia, and mom and I will be accountable to each other so there’s less chance we’ll skip workouts. I just am not looking forward to hearing that alarm go off at 6 freaking o’clock every day…
(P.S. I will consider his goal accomplished when I have done this at least 4 days a week for one month.)
