1) all about diet – stay away from fast food, eat healthy, buy protien powder and creatine. you only need 30grms of protein x 7 through out the day to build muscle.
2)build chest push ups – howany can you do? if you can 10×3 increase every week push too 15X3 and so on. every three days do push ups.
3) stomach, crunches there are are 8 areas to stomach email if you want program. tpollari@hotmail.com, every three days should work out stomach.
4) arms every three days, start on 10kg or 22 pounds and lift heavy do 3 sets of 8 -10, arm curls.
5) if you have a gut, cut the beer down, and you need to jog or walk and turn into a light sprint at least 15 minutes a per day. this also will flatten your stomach.
