Oh boy. I’ve really let this habit go. I only remember every few days. Does anyone else start to dread the taste of their supplements? Especially calcium. It makes me feel slightly nauseous thinking about it.

I’ve been taking my daily Vicodin… uhm, vitamin, now for way over a month. I really made it a routine thanks to the reminder service of 43things.com.
Three weeks of daily extra B12 vitamins taken. Going strong, thanks to 43things.com reminder service.
I reckon there has been only one day I’ve forgotten during the last week, despite unsuccessful setting of the email nagger. Now the reminder is back at work.
I need to get my B12, since I am now on a strict vegan diet. I just set on the 43things.com email nagger to remind me daily.
Going to hate and love it.
i’ve only been doing this for a few weeks but it has become a habit very easily so i say awesome. all done.
i’m going to finish the teen multivitamins my mom bought me a while ago, then decide if i want to stay with that or switch to some other multivitamin. anyway, i’m also taking a cod liver oil (yech :P) soft gel and a vitamin c tablet and sometimes calcium chew. i was looking online to see if there was anything else i might want to take. but mine covers pretty much everything i want except calcium, though i might take inositol because it helps with ezcema, but i’m not totally sure so i want to research more.
i used to take them everyday but i didn’t this year and i was more sick than i ever get. were the vitamins helping? (because i never thought they were but i’ll try again)
alexys look to my future cause my past, is all behind me
after reviewing my eating habits… i don’t think i really need to take a daily vitamin. so i give up on this goal.
