    I’ve been trying to start up a routine and run at least 4 days a week, about 3 miles a day, but its soo hard. At first you need to build a steady pace and endurance, I mean a marathon is 26 miles, that is no joke! There is a website, runnersworld.com which I found to be very useful. It helps you to calculate your running speed according to the time you want to accomplish in the marathon and many other helpful tips. I was considering possibly running a half marathon first. I heard that there is one that goes on in Flushing, I think its in the Spring, I may be wrong. We’ll see how it goes…
