yes, i could do that but it was the half of them.
ate healthy but not so less im afraid.
im wondering if i should drink vegetable juice instead of breakfast and dinner.

of course, main reason is to lose weight!

the second is i feel tired and sleepy every time i eat too much.
its not that constructive in my life at all.
there are places around my house to get fresh vegetables.
