NHS is so rigged at my school.
some of the top kids in my grade didnt get it.
its a joke. but looks so good..

How I did it: after years of hell, screaming/crying/studying/stressing over grades i recieved the letter a week ago announcing my acceptance into NHS (First you are given the "eligiability" letter which requires you to write an essay and fill out some information) |

im like putting together the porfolio thing we need for it.

i got invited to be in it or whatever, but that doesnt mean im in it.
there’s a meeting sometime this week, and then they tell us all the stuff we need to have in our “portfolios” and then we submit them and then we figure out if we make it..

I did it, but it was pretty pointless. There were never any meetings or events to go to, and by the time I got in, my college applications had already gone out. Also, by the time I got in, there were other people who were already in who I know I finished ahead of in class rank, so the selection process for NHS seemed rather arbitrary.
