About 5 years ago I gained an unnecessary 30 lbs. Since then I have lost about 20 of it by eating normally, but it has left me very out of shape and feeling quite bad about myself. I am rarely physically active and I hope this will help motivate me get myself back in shape and get my confidence back.

I used to be an avid running and boxer and since I had two kids, my time is limited. I really need to schedule it into my day and stick to it. It’s been so hard after my second child since she still doens’t sleep through the night, so I am exhausted most days. To be honest, I think this would be at the top of my list and one I will strive for the most because I know it will make my life better in so many ways!
