Provide a 43 Things show & tell of some of the art I did last year

but I thought I’d just share some of them with you for fun!
This is where I do alot of my work..in my basement. I hope to get back to it after having taken off about 6 months.

little girl. I was pleased with this. It isn’t easy to get young people to look young in paintings.

Here’s a batch of things. I guess I should varnish some of these.

Oh this is from several years ago. It is of my Lhasa Apso…”Pumpkin”. It is pastel. At one time I thought of doing pet portraits so I had this framed up to show. I never really worked too hard at selling pet portraits, however…it seems like kind of a bizarre way to go. Decided against it. This dog was abnormally cute…she really looked like this.

I believe I did a pretty good job of this, but that may be because when I was a kid I stared at Tbirds quite extensively.

This is a soft pastel from last year. I’m fond of this one too. It is cheerful, agreed?
hmm, quite a lousy photograph of it. Odd, isn’t it..me taking a photo of her taking a photo. odd.
