I’m a film fanatic. I’ll be asking for a subscription to Sight and Sound for my birthday. Woop!
How to subscribe to a magazine
How I did it: I saved up. And found some good deals online. I found out there's no more CVG except online, I got Cinefex mags for xmas, recently I finally subscribed to Interzone, Black Static and Game Developer magazines.

I hardly ever read them and they piled up. I didn’t want to throw them out because I had paid for them, after all!

All done. Very surprising for me – decided to do something and then just went and got it done straight away. Normally I’d procrastinate on it for weeks.
Anyway, I’ve subscribed to one of my fave magazines. It’s a craft one, one that I find relaxing to read so it should be a nice welcome addition to my monthly mail :)

I used to subscribe to a couple of magaziens in the past. Having them arrive in the mail was always a thrill – both for getting something in the mail that wasn’t a bill and for the excitement of a new magazine to read!
I’ll admit that my reasons this time are a little more money-orientated though. It’s simply cheaper to get a subscription to a mag you read regularly than it is to pay full cover price at the newsagency each month. Wierd, huh?
Hot Toddie Schoonover has 30 days to run 200 miles
I’m currently subscribed to 25 magazines at home, and probably a dozen or more at work. Favorite work magazine right now is Network Computing. Favorite home magazine right now is Vitals Man.
yakuza who has missed me?
Linux Journal, Golf, SysAdmin, Wired.
In the past, I’ve been a regular buyer of magazines such as Kerrang! (as a teen) and Bizarre, but now I’m looking for something that incorperates culture as a whole, with a strong emphasis on design/fashion. I picked up a copy of Dazed & Confused the other day – seems to hit the spot so far.
