suddenly1see is working on it.
The boyfriend likes me curvy, but I remember weighing this much during one of the most fulfilled times of my life. Getting back to this physical point would definitely be symbolic.

mb kepp needs to be inspired again.
i was on such a roll eating right and working out this summer… i was down to 124, but i gained 5 back. i’m hoping to get back on track now that school’s starting again.
c0lleen is ghettoooo.
but i would really like to drop a couple pounds.
115 is my ideal goal and i’ve been there before
but it’s been a looong time.
Lent has sprung up on me! I am always so disciplined during lent and am not tempted at all. The foods I am giving up are white breads and sugar (excuding fruit, juice, etc.). I am definitely excited.
OK—I want to lose weight. I feel very very stereotypical.
That said, I am bothered by my weight because I don’t feel great in my skin. I see photos of myself from the holidays and I think, EW! Not looking so great there. Like my face looks kind of puffy and balloony. SO that’s the reason.
I have actually slowly increased my weight over the last 10 months about 15 pounds. I started at 115 and ended up at 128-132..
The last week I’ve been weighing around 126—probably because I’m on a new kick of eating veggies and seafood, and only eating meat once a week. It’s great because I’m eating so much more healthy, and I’m going to stick with it.
At this rate, I’d like to be down to 122 at the end of the month.
That’s doable, right? Just a few lbs a week. You’re not supposed to crash it off or it screws your metabolism all up and you wind up weighing more than you started at.
Also—I know—weight isn’t supposed to mean that much—muscle weighs more than fat, etc—but for me when I weigh more like 110-115 (oh, the days of smoking)—I just look better. SO I’m trying to be reasonable and set 115 as the target.
How did I get to weigh this much? A hard six months where I did nothing physical. Also, I was drinking a lot of beer there for a while, and I think that’s the real culprit of this weight. I haven’t weighed this much since college. Yuck! Not a sexy feeling.
SO—I’m starting to lay off the beer—stop buying it for the house—and stick to wine if I’m going to go fermented bev.
Just weighed in at 137. I’m going running in about 30 minutes but I just can’t seem to control my eating habits. Needless to say, it’s extremely frustrating.
Weighed myself when I woke up: 136.
Today I ate: 2 slices of cheese pizza from whole foods, ginger snaps, a taquito from taco bell, a peice of toast, and a small bag of popcorn. Ughhhh. Gross. I never eat popcorn or anyhting from taco bell. I was with friends and some hungry beast came out from within me.
BUT I jogged a mile and a half today and I haven’t ran or anything in about 1 month or two. If i just do about 20 minutes a day and I pay attention to what I’m putting in my body I should start to see a difference in couple weeks.
My peak weight was 140 but I mostly stay at 135, which I’m at right now. I am 5 feet and 5 inches so 115 would actually be ideal for my height. Losing weight isn’t only about being thinner, it’s mainly to be healthier.
