Melanie Exam done - waiting for my result
I was on a skiing holiday with my former school in 2006. I had never been skiing or snowboarding before and I had to decide which one I’d like to learn, since it was only possible to choose one or the other. I went for skiing, because I knew it would be easier for me to learn and make faster progress (I was right, btw. I went down skiing from the top on day 3 – red piste) – we just spent 5 days in Austria. It was one of the best kind of sports I’ve tried so far, hence I’d like to try snowboarding as well. Definitely the best winter holiday I’ve ever had ^^

what’s not to love about snowboarding?! I live in the city :( and I’d really love to go up the mountains in winter & learn it,... Hopefully next winter :D

I spent a lot of time on my ass when I learned a few weeks ago, and you can too! It’s a lot of fun when you get going and finally figure it out.
1. Take lessons (don’t let your friend teach you)
2. Invest in elbow / knee / butt pads (at least at first – you’ll thank me later)

i live in colorado now…Snowboarding state… im really excited becuz this year will be my only chance 4 this. I rly rly wanna do good. im going this weekend….ANY SUGGESTIONS are seriously appreciated!!
