I started doing this a year ago, but limited myself to Japanese vegetarian cooking (if there is such a thing – ha!).
The thing is that I realised that I love mediterranean and Lebanese veggie food way too much not to include in the book.
So guess I’m off to a fresh start ;)

I came up with the theme almost seven years ago. It’s a pretty good angle to work, and I want to have the whole thing online. I’ve done piles of research, saving ideas to try, buying cookbooks to reference, testing out recipes…. but I just haven’t been able to sit down and write the damn thing. I’m hoping this year I can get it started, because it’s been sitting in my head too long.
