Someday, someday, someday this won’t feel like an overindulgence—but not today.

I gave up... 3 years ago

...though I may return to this one soon. I’m feeling goal-congested.

    Alright... 3 years ago

I haven’t really been doing this regularly. But incidentally, I did read a little D.H. Lawrence in class, and revisited Wallace Stevens a few days ago.

One poet a month? I'm trying to read one a day. 3 years ago

Now reading Hunter “Squatting Deer” Prescot IV’s essay at the end ot July August 2006 “Peotry” issue. Yes, the misspelling is intentional, it’s their “humor issue.”

My favourite poet today has been Stephanie Strickland. Favourite poem, "V" 3 years ago

YOu can get the link through University of Iowa’s literary journal. Actually, I think I have a link to an interesting essay in the same:

Ah, here’s the poem! But the essay is still worth reading.

    Robert Frost 3 years ago

I think I’ll read Frost this month. I think he’s underappreciated (because of that damn “Road Less Traveled” poem in all our yearbooks). I’ve also heard that he’s darker than generally believed—there’s one about a woman looking at her child’s grave through a window in her attic…
