FellowHumanBeingUntitled

I need to formulate a routine for both work and home. Currently my get in shape task already has a course of action. Now its time to work on that at work. When I get to work on Monday i will make a list of things to do. I also need to pick up a notepad to keep with me everywhere. For my ideas and to track my progress.

I need to limit my time for escapism and budget my day more effectively for different activities. 6 months ago

Dundi LigonI am doing this... I would give myself a C

Well, I am working on my routines. I have a list I follow each day. I figured out that I can’t try to be perfect like making the bed doesn’t have to look perfect, it just has to look made, that I have to go out of order some days, that taking care of myself must be on the list first (exercise, hygiene), that there are no time limits, just goals, and that I do as many as I can and if I miss some I can start all over again the next day. I am getting more efficient, I am fighting hard to stick with it, it is starting to feel natural. :) 7 months ago
