I really don’t know how to cope with fitting life into a day at the moment…
I get up at 6am (or 6.30 after hitting the snooze button 6 times…)
I leave the house for uni at 7am
I get back home about 7.30pm
Have dinner and get everything ready for the next day and then I go to bed at about 9.
That’s my day finished…
I don’t have time for studying, exercise, anything social or relaxing
Maybe I need to stay up later but I’m exhausted after 12 hours at uni.
If any other students read this please let me know how you cope! Or even workers who would have similar problems or just anyone with any wisdom they can impart on me….. 6 months ago

I want to start my day energized and refreshed, ready to face the day, work hard, enjoy the simple pleasures of the day, spend time with the people I love, and end the day feeling proud of how I used my time.
Ideally:
4:45- morning prayer
5-7 workout
7-8 take the girls to school, eat breakfast, feed the cat, get ready
8-9 reflect on my goals
9-12 work
12- lunch, rosary
1-3 work
3-7 girls
7-8:30 relax
8:30-read, journal
9:30- night prayer 15 months ago

My proposed daily routine is like this:
7 : Wake up
7 – 7.30 : Gym
7.30 – 8.00: Breakfast & Shower
8.00 – 8.30: Meditate
8.30 – 9.00: Read an inspiring article, watch a video.
9 – 9: Work
11.45: Go to bed 20 months ago
