I pampered myself last night before bed. I not only moisturized my face, of which I am successfully habitual; but I exfoliated and moisturized all over. I also moisturized my legs this morning, this is kinda half-a$$ b/c I am wearing a dress so it’s kind of a given, although not always done before leaving the house—still progress!

I’ve been using moisturizer on my face and around my eyes for over 25 years. I just turned 44, and still have no lines around my eyes.
I used Neutrogena products for many years, and now use Philosophy and Sephora brands. Do it!

scjohnson really needs to get around to goal No.1
3 nights in a row now I’ve remembered to moisturize. My skin already looks and feels a lot better. My goal will be 7 days in a row.

I`m not thinking and reminding myself about it anymore – it became natural. But it also showed me that I have another big problem which is drinking water. NOT drinkng water to be precise. I`ve achieved `8 glasses a day` level once in my life and managed to stick to it for a few weeks but then I somehow let it go. Visiting the toilet every 10 minutes was the main reason I think;)..Maybe I`ve started too fast. So I`m marking this goal as done and moving one to my next new one which is `Drink more water`:)

Mini-plans progress list:
- hand/feet/body moisturizing once a day – done:)
- face twice a day – it`s been quite hard since visiting my dermatologist. She prescribed a new cream which is SUPPOSED to help me get rid of spots on my face but is also making my skin red, burning, itchy etc. and, as a consequence, using any kind of moisturizers on my face makes it hurt even more.. I`m taking a few days break from this `specific` and don`t use so much moisturizing creams…
- drinking more water – still on 2 glasses…argh.
- dermatologist – as I said before – I`m currently fighting with a new cream she prescribed.. And she also said my skin looked quite well:)

Mini-plans progress list:
- hand/feet/body moisturizing once a day – I think I finally managed to make it a routine. Hands in the morning, and body/feet after taking a shower, before going to bed. Skin seems t be more softer right now:)
- face twice a day – decided to broaden my moisturizing horizons . Recently I`ve read an article and it was said that before turning 25/26 you can apply a normal face cream on your neck too:)
- drinking water – don`t know why but it`s a lot easier for me to drink water in summer than in winter:P..but there`s a small small progress..apart from my daily dose of tea I`ve introduced two glasses of water every day – after waking up and just before going to bed..
- see dermatologist – next Tuesday.

Dry skin is what I`ve been struggling with since high school. I have lots of different moisturizing cosmetics (one for hands, one for feet, one for body, one for face etc;) but always forgot to use them.. My mini-plan is to:
- use body/feet/hands moisturizers once a day
- for face – twice a day
- I also have to persuade myself to drink more water…
- and see dermatologist – maybe he/she`ll give me some more advices..

Strange goal
This is a strange goal, especially for me that don´t pay much attention to how I look. But that´s why it is a goal because if I don´t see it like it I am not going to do it.
So I have not been moisturizing daily but I have been trying to do that as much as I can. Now I leave the moisturizer where I can see it everyday in the toilet so that I don´t forget. I heard that if u don´t moisturize u get more wrinkles. I am under 30 but it´s better to prevent…
