I have been considering changing this goal to 5 servings a day because I was beginning to think that it was impossible. However, I was able to do it today and it wasn’t bad at all. I had a large salad for lunch with broccoli and tomatoes on it, snacked on fruit twice throughout the day and had turkey chili tonight so I’ll count the tomatoes. Yeah for me!

This goal’s not quite so easy as I thought. I made some improvement yesterday and got to 4 servings… 2 fruit, 2 veggie. It’s going to take some time to consistently do that every day and eventually add in 3 more servings to get 7 servings each day.
