The scanner is now in my possession. My mom got tired of the scanning (imagine that) and so I took it. I want to scan my pictures from my year in Australia / New Zealand. Working my way through them now.

There’s a lot of scratches on the negativesd sadly. But Picasa is my friend with the fantastic retouch option. 3 years ago

I can’t believe how much work this is. My mom got this scanner for filmstrips. Each strip takes about 10 minutes. One out of 3 strips goes wrong in some way, which means you have to scan one or all images on this strip a second time.

Fortunately my mom owns the scanner and therefor does a lot of the work. We’re up to 1989 now. Thank god for digital photography taking over around 2004. 4 years ago
