I have been working for myself for the past few months and i feel that life has past me by. i have missed family get togethers and things. So i am now looking for a way to make me more POSITVIVE

I have had problems with energy for years now, and i’ve learned that the more energy you put out, the more you will get back. I’ve never been a good sleeper, i usually get around 4 hours a night, but ever since i’ve started doing running programs, i’ve been able to sleep better (because my body feels like it needs more sleep) AND i have more energy during the day.
Remember, your body needs exersize to create energy. It might be a hard process, but start exersizing regularly and you’ll find yourself with more energy.

I would run, and then sleep better. Eventually, I joined the gym, and it helps me sleep much better.
